Create Google Analytics Data Stream
Please follow these steps to create Data Stream in Google Analytics property:
Open your Google Analytics account and click the Admin button
Select the account you want to use
Select the property
Click Data Streams
Choose the Web platform
Enter your site URL and name of the stream
Enable Enhanced measurement
Click Create stream button
Once the stream is created you will see the stream details
Now you can link your Google Analytics Data Stream to your GTM account. Please follow this article to do that.
