Import configuration from file

We've created a configuration template file to make it easier to config GTM workspace.

To import configuration from json template file follow these steps:

1. Download ga4-config.json template file at the bottom of this page

2. Enter your Google Tag Manager account

3. Navigate to Admin tab

4. Click "Import container"

5. Choose container file (downloaded at step 1)

6. Choose default workspace

7. Choose overwrite or merge workspace

8. You will see how much Triggers, Variables and Tags will be added

9. Click Confirm button

Configuration is imported. Now you need to configure some user-related variables.
